A Prepaid Service Account is a convenient way to acquire services, including travel and freight, with Swanberg Air Inc. This new system replaces our old Corporate Books program and provides considerably greater ease of use, more flexibility with access from one account to any scheduled routes Swanberg Air may offer, as well as being available for freight shipments.  Benefits include:

· A discount of four per cent off the base ticket; freight faresfees and taxes are not discounted.

· The booking of flights may now be completed online by preauthorized personnel and the file may be managed electronically to record transactions and balances.

· An electronic notification can be emailed providing an account balance at a predetermined value.

· Booking of flights, change and cancellation fees, cargo, excess luggage and parking fees may be charged on the Prepaid Service Account.

· As we add alternate destinations, you will have the ability to book flights and charge services to the same account.

To initiate the credit file, we will require the prepayment of $5,000.00 and the account will be replenished in consultation with the account holder. The account will be valid for thirteen months from the date of purchase. For further information, please contact Marilyn Carew at 403 249 8977.
